Our sister company Consumer Finance Solutions (CFS) was formed in 2002 in response to market demand for alternative funding in cases where first credit applications were declined. The company enjoys tremendous success in this challenging area, deploying its own bespoke management software and market expertise to process and approve more than 50% of previously declined applications.
Consumer Finance Solutions works with a number of specialist lenders in the 'unsecured' finance sector, offering an invaluable backup service for many of our home improvement clients. By dramatically reducing the number of declined credit applications, CFS allows the previously declined customer to proceed with the credit purchase, turning potential lost opportunities into new business.
CFS can also handle all the negotiations directly with consumers meaning no extra work for suppliers. Where possible, rates and terms are matched with those of the original application with the added bonus of optional Payment Protection Insurance giving consumers peace of mind and guaranteeing revenue for our clients.
While CFS operates independently from Consumer Credit Solutions, both companies share the same commitment to service and success. CFS works hard to keep every sale 'live' ensuring that our clients benefit from quick turnaround and clear and open communication throughout.
