  • To issue marketing material and brochures to you about the products and services we offer.

Credit Reference Agencies

Where it is necessary under our lawful bases for processing, we may share your personal information with Credit Reference Agencies for the purposes of performing credit checks on your business to determine whether we are able to offer our products and services to your business. Credit checks will be conducted by Experian and/or Dun & Bradsheet (D&B). Who has access to your data?

We may share your personal information with third parties where required by law, where it is necessary to administer the contract we have entered in to with you or our lender partners, or where we have a legitimate interest to do so.
